Good ol' Days is a photo sharing app that is meant to inspire families to make memories, and simplify the process of sharing these memories. It was built using a Vue.js frontent, a Node.js backend, with MongoDb and mongoose for data access and storage. We used various frontend libraries as well as Google Firebase for storing the images. Created with a team of 5 developers, we wanted to add a twist to photo sharing, we settled on the idea of prompting users with activity and location ideas where they could take a picture and enjoy themselves. This pictures can then be shared with everyone else in a collaborative album, showing everyone's different takes to the same prompt.
